about the company

our client, an award winner of Asia Insurance in recent years and is known to have one of the best systems and ensure excellent customer experience for all users/customers.

about the job:

  • Identify and propose new processes to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage enquires from customers through our call centre and walk-in customers if needed
  • Resolve customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by line leader

Skills & experience:

  • Minimum polytechnic diploma or Degree in any field
  • At least 3 year experience in contact centre (preferably within banking, insurance, medical industry)
  • Excellent customer services and problem solving skills
  • Effective oral communication skills to interpret customers’ need
