about the job
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be expected to contribute to the efficient operation of the business by providing immaculate coordination and administrative support to the commercial team. Your job responsibilities would include processing purchase orders received from customers into the SAP system, issuing order confirmation, preparing necessary shipping documents for shipments and following up closely until products are delivered and invoiced. You are also to provide customer support, resolving issues faced by customers by acting as a liaison between multiple departments, and working closely with 3PL partners in ensuring timely picking/packing/labeling and delivery of orders. In addition to that, you are to coordinate with the Supply Planning team to ensure optimum product availability in the warehouse to fulfill order requirements.

This role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager. You should be able to work effectitvely in a fast paced environment to meet high volumes of order requirements during peak periods.
skills and experience required
The incumbent should be tertiary-educated with minimum 2 years of order management/ logistic experience preferably within the FMCG space. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organised and possess high levels of administrative capabilities to coordinate multiple stakeholders, drive initiatives and enhance the efficiency of internal business processes. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English and mandarin to communicate with stakeholders in a diverse environment. The ideal candidate should also be meticulous, resourceful and able to work well with various levels of seniority. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Pivot table and Vlookup is essential for the role. Prior knowledge in SAP Service Module will be advantageous.
