Our client is a global leading manufacturer and distributor of cookware & home appliances. As a result of ongoing successes both within Singapore and globally, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to lead the business in next phase of growth.

about the job

As the Customer Service Executive, Order Processing- Training Provided, you will be responsible to:

  • Process quotations and sales orders into the SAP system and follow up till delivery
  • Liaise with customers for sales enquiries and coordinate with 3PLs for on orders
  • Support in general admin matters and documentation related to Sales and Program
  • Manage Order-To-Cash process and billing / submission of invoices to customers

skills and experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain / Business Administration or equivalent
  • Min 2 years experience in Order-To-Cash processes and liaise with 3PLs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP system is required for this position
  • Training will be provided for candidates with no experience
