Our client is one of the global leaders in the Medical devices industry and is looking for a Customer Service Executive (Order Processing/SAP) to join their closely-knitted team!

about the job

As a Customer Service Executive (Order Processing/SAP), your key tasks involve:

  • Processes all customer orders and changes in accordance to established policies and procedures
  • Ensure accuracy in handling all customers’ information pertaining to shipping, billing and regulatory purposes and maintain in various platforms
  • Follow-up with customer and sales representative of financial responsibilities, shipping date, anticipation of delays, etc required
  • Resolves any customer complains and work closely with Operations and Sales team
  • Provide timely feedback to Sales, Regulatory and Operations team with regards to any service failures and/or customer concerns

skills & experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • Diploma in Business / Logistics or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Customer Service environment within Medical Devices / Pharma/ Biotech / FMCG
  • Ability to embrace ambiguous situations, navigate through complex issues and is solution-oriented, detailed oriented and highly organized
  • Good working knowledge in MS Office (Excel) and SAP (MM/SD) modules will be preferred
