about the job

In this role you will provide efficient and high standards customer service support in Crypto trading via live chat or email. You will be trained to be familiar with company trading platform and keeping up-to-date on general market conditions to attend inquiries and provide first-class trading experience. In addition, you will need to dligently and effectively manage and follow up the enquiry/complaints of the current/prospective clients. You must also understand customers' needs and convert it constructive feedback to management, so that the organisation can continuously seek for improvement to enhance team’s performance and work efficiency.

about the team

The team size in Singapore alone is more than 50 headcount and everybody is effectively bilingual in English and a second language (Thai or Vietnamese). This job will be 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays, and shift working hours are (8am - 5pm based in office OR 4.00pm - 1.00am AND 12.00am - 9.00am working from home).

skills and requirement for the role

To succeed in this role, you should be tertiary educated with an interest to develop your knowledge and career in fintech/crypto trading. You must also be fluent in English and a second language (Thai or Vietnamese) due to essential communication with Thai/Vietnamese-speaking customers, who are not proficient in English. The ideal candidate will possess good interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. You should also be a team-player who is committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to a client's request for assistance.
