about the company

Located in the West, our client is a well-reputable European MNC and are presently looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to join their office in Singapore.

about the job

Reporting into the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for dealing with customers across the Asia region and providing operational support to the Sales team. You will be tasked with:

  • Handling enquiries from clients and be the liaison between clients and internal departments
  • Resolving issues from clients in an effective and efficient manner
  • Maintenance of cases and customer database on Salesforce and SAP
  • Ensure a timely management of each case through the use of tasks and reports
  • Support the sales team in the preparation of sales/service quotations when necessary
  • Provide global support to customer service colleagues in their workload when required

This role is well-suited for someone who loves to take on challenges, confident to undertake tasks independently and looking to progress your portfolio into a regional capacity.

skills and experience required

You will possess/ come with:

  • Diploma in related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Candidates have to be proficient in mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients
  • Experience in Salesforce is an added advantage
