about the job
- Interact with internal/external customers on inbound,outbound, escalation, resolutions, operational activities, reports deliverable & data inputs
- Point of contact for providing information on shipment within APAC regions
- Provide up-to-date status to the clients
- Provide alternatives solutions for shipments to be delivered on time at destinations
- Maintain SAP Material Master for new launch & support Bills Of Material (BOM) creation undertakings
- Supports UAT
- Trigger & participate Project Improvement (BPI) till implementation
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma in Business / Supply Chain / Logistics / Engineering or equivalent
- Freight forwarding & customer service experience in a logistics environment
- SAP proficient
- Knowledge on import and export
- Able to commence within short notice period / immediate
- Willing to work at west area of Singapore (Penjuru Lane) - However 1st 3 month will be at the main HQ (Expo area) for training and orientation
- Training given to candidate with no experience
