In this position as a Customer Service Manager, you will be reporting to the HOD and work alongside with a team of 7 others. The ideal incumbent is expected to attend to customers on enquiries and transactions over the phone and some days at the Customer Service counter attending to Financial Advisors. The ideal incumbent must be comfortable supporting hotlines/email and face to face for customers and Financial Advisors within SLA.
Additionally, the incumbent will be required to handle process improvement projects within the Contact Centre operations, Customer Service initiatives and other adhoc duties.
** Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 5:45am
** No OT or shifts or weekend required
** Basic salary + full benefits + flexi benefits
** Office is located at CBD
skills and experience required
- 6+ years of relevant experience in a Customer Service/Contact Centre environment
- Experience and knowledge in Life/Health Insurance industry is mandatory
- Ability to work well under pressure and as a excellent team member
- Fast learner and eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
