about the job

You will be handling both a team of junior agents that tackle customer queries on a day to day basis while also being on top of data - service levels, complaint channels and volume, system/ticketing requirements, liaising with the business on the complaints received together with action points.

In this role you will be tasked to transit company's Customer Service from an existing BPO to in-house, implement a CS system that will be driven globally, and will need to build a team that can service the countries in SEA.

skills & experience required

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Candidates with no degree but commensurate experience will be considered.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years should be in a leadership capacity.

  • Prior experience in a Customer Service Team as a manager or team lead is a must with regional experience preferably.
