about the company
My client is a reputable service provider with regional footprints, and is currently looking for a Customer Service Manager.


about the job
You will be working in a contact centre environment and you will be heading the operations. You will be leading a team of less than 10 team members and will be in charge of roster management.

You are to ensure top quality in delivering customer service by your team and provide mentoring or coaching as required. You will be responsible for process improvements to increase efficiencies, developing new ways of learning and making sure that excellent customer service is achieved.

skills and experience required
You must come with at least 8 years of experience in a contact centre and minimally 3 years in a managerial position in such environment. Having prior experience in travel related industry or loyalty and reward programmes would be highly advantageous.

You should be a personable, bubbly and enthusiastic individual. You should have strong interpersonal skills to work well with the team and in a multi-cultural environment. You must be customer oriented and always strive to provide excellent customer service. Having an excellent communication skill is a must.
