about the job

In this role you will build a world class customer success team and get the system/processes ready to scale quickly if needed (f.ex. from 10 to 200 in the next 12 months), through a combination of an in-house and outsourced team. You will align the internal team to ensure we understand the importance of customer success. In addition, you will have to own and optimize the use of Zendesk from basic to competent. You will also use data to continually improve the CS team’s capabilities, identifying the key metrics for the team, ensuring that management is frequently updated on how the CS organization is doing, as well as to create an effective team structure to drive hiring and management priorities.

about the manager/team

This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the firm.

skills & requirements for the job

You should possess at least 2 years experience in a senior position in Customer Success and most importantly be highly experienced scaling a Customer Success organization from 0 to 200 and beyond, plus experience working with external customer success teams. The ideal incumbent should be highly proficient in Zendesk. This role is well-suited for somebody with a go-getter mindset as well as passion and drive to get things done. A personal strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space would be ideal and you must be able to work independently.
