They’re looking for a highly reliable Customer Service Manager to lead their CS team in Singapore during an exciting time in their development.
about the job
- Lead a team to deliver prompt technical assistance to clients within the designated geographic area, attending to inquiries, addressing operational issues, and resolving technical complexities related to intra-logistic systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, such as engineering, field service, and sales, to provide support to our valued clients.
- Supervise a team responsible for executing on-site diagnoses, troubleshooting, and maintenance of intra-logistic systems, ensuring minimal downtime and peak system performance.
- Systematically record and monitor customer interactions, technical challenges, and resolutions for future reference and continuous enhancement.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating customer feedback, suggestions for product improvements, and technical insights to contribute to ongoing product development and enhancement.
- Participate in the upkeep of technical documentation, encompassing manuals, guides, and troubleshooting resources.
- Aid in identifying opportunities for potential upselling, additional services, or product upgrades based on client requirements and usage patterns
- Diploma or equivalent in Logistic or Engineering
- Experience in intra-logistics industry would be highly desirable
- Possess good interpersonal & people management skills
- Possess own car preferred
- Experience in managing own team
