about the company

This company is the second-largest crypto-staking business in Asia with assets staked passing $900 million and counting. It is owned by a Singapore-listed blockchain firm.

about the job

In this role you will be dealing with problems related to in-house products (problem analysis / reporting, follow-up to repair, dissemination within CS, reports, escalation) . There are 30 to 100 batch delivery of emails per day to users and other batch processing. In addition, you will be responsible for proposals and implementation of operational efficiency, quality improvement, user increase, and usage continuation rate improvement. In particular, you will make quality improvement proposals based on data analysis to technical teams and marketing team management. You will also handle customer service operations and manage customer service staff in Japan and overseas.

about the manager / team

This is a newly-created permanent headcount and you will report to the CEO. There are also 2 customer service executives reporting to you.

skills & requirements for the job

To succeed in this role, you need to be proficient in business-level English and Japanese communication due to needing to communicate with customers from Japan who may not be proficient in English. In addition, you should possess over 5 years of work experience in customer service of a company that provides applications, as well as over 2 years of supervisory/management experience in customer service of a company that provides the application. The ideal incumbent would have good data analysis skills and experience in improving products. Knowledge of blockchain is a plus.
