about the company

Our client is a reputable MNC that specializes in manufacturing electronic appliances into diversified markets. They are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Manager to join their dynamic team in the Singapore office and would be required to travel around APAC based on business needs.

about the job

Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you will be an individual contributor responsible for problems clients face with their products. You will provide after sales service to clients and manage any quality issues that may arise. You will manage customer escalations, investigate the root of the problem, and act as the liaison between Service Technicians and relevant departments/ parties for clients and provide suitable solutions. You will work closely with the Commercial and take a proactive approach on projects or activities targeted at customer satisfaction and business performance. You will be eager to stay engaged within the business and provide expertise as a core member of the Customer Service team.

skills and experience required

You will possess a Diploma and come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. It is a must for you to have experience handling commercial coffee machines. You will be comfortable with travelling 40% of the time across APAC (when the travel ban has been lifted). This role is well-suited for someone who loves to take on challenges and possess a good attitude to interface effectively with all customer types. In return, the role offers remuneration up to S$7500 with excellent growth opportunities.
