An opportunity is currently present to get onboard with them as an Customer Service Manager at the manufacturing plant.

about the job

  • Function as Customer Service process and KPI owner and improve non-performing areas Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives to support regional sales operations to key customers
  • Review current end-to-end sales operations procedures and define process parameters while providing leadership in driving S&OP processes
  • Constantly monitor existing order fulfilment processes and identify areas for continuous improvement in order to attain effective order management, delivery executions, product life cycle and feedback management
  • Work with senior management to implement best-in-class processes and SOPs
  • Point of escalation for issue resolution
  • Process orders through SAP and take a proactive approach to engage internal and external customers to drive excellent service quality

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years experience in Customer Service/Order Management
  • Team leadership capabilities
  • Great timeline management
  • SAP experience is highly advantageous
  • DG transportation knowledge highly advantageous
