about the company

Our client is a global leading manufacturer and distributor of cookware & home appliances. As a result of ongoing successes both within Singapore and globally, they are looking for a Customer Service Officer to lead the business in next phase of growth.


about the job

As the Customer Service Officer (Order Processing), you will be responsible to:

  • Process customers’ orders in a timely & precise manner and follow up till delivery
  • Liaise with customers for sales enquiries and coordinate with 3PLs for on orders
  • Support in general admin matters and documentation related to Sales & Program
  • Manage Order-To-Cash process and billing / submission of invoices to customers


skills and experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • Min GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ / NITEC / Diploma in Science or Business discipline
  • Min 2 years experience in Customer Service and Order-To-Cash processes
  • Candidates who are proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP system will be a plus
