about the company

This start up company based in Singapore is an award winning design studio that manufactures and distributes art collectibles. With a growing team size of 20, they are looking to hire a driven and like minded individual to join the customer service team.

about the job

You will be reporting into the regional sales manager who is based in Singapore and would be providing end to end customer service to external consumers across the globe. All queries and feedback would come through emails and online channels and you will be taking a proactive and service oriented approach to assist customers on their needs on a timely basis.

Working in a highly driven, flexi and start up organisation means you would work well in a fluid and empowering environment. You are someone who enjoys autonomy and is outcome driven. You are creative and capable of applying a commercial and problem solving mindset. It would be a big plus if you are passionate about designs and collectibles!

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with a diploma /degree qualification and 1 year of work experience, ideally within start up environment. In return, this role offers salary up to S$3000 per month with performance bonuses and excellent benefits.
