About the job

They are in search of a Customer service officer to provide the full spectrum of administrative support to the organisation. Your job responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to clients, attending to customer’s enquiries and fulfilling receptionist duties. You will also be expected to provide immaculate support to the sales team, prepare relevant documentation for shipment and deliveries and ensure an organised record of customer’s accounts.


About the manager/team

This position reports directly to the General Manager.


Skills and experience required

The incumbent should be tertiary educated and come with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality/customer service industry. To succeed in this role, you must be adaptable and customer-oriented. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English to communicate with stakeholders in a diverse environment. The ideal candidate should also be independent, proactive, possess great attention to details and a willingness to learn and explore new skills.
