The Regional Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer needs in an excited, courteous, and knowledgeable manner, by phone and e-mail. You will manage a $3M+ portfolio of regional/independent wholesale accounts, supporting the customer’s order fulfillment needs and contributing to meeting sales goals. skills and experience required

  • This role requires you to be fluent in Finsh in order to liase with people in the European market who are only able to speak in Finish
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally 2+ years experience in Customer Service or related field
  • May require occasional afternoon/evening shifts
