An international automotive supplier is looking for a highly enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their Singapore business.

about the job

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be a part of the team where you will mainly be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting in the resolution of business and customer needs
  • Tracking of orders and issues
  • Order processing and expediting of customer orders
  • Liaising with internal departments & external counterparts
  • Assisting in admin duties

about the manager / team

You will be a part of a dynamic & diverse team and you will report directly into the Customer Service Manager in Singapore to ensure that the operations are smooth and efficient. You will take on a proactive and friendly approach when handling internal queries and ad hoc requests. Your role is an important and highly regarded support function that could greatly influence a positive work environment.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with at least 5 years of customer service experience, ideally in the automotive industry. You will demonstrate high adapting skills, well in multi tasking and demonstrate ability to work independently and in teams in a face paced environment.

In return this role will offer a salary up to S$4500 or commensurate with experience and qualifications. Be ready for a challenging work experience!
