You will attend to the individual customers from Japanese-related entities for their personal account related requests and inquiries with both oral and written communication. You will also handle banking transaction such as remittance, FXs, fixed deposit and updating customer information based on customer’s instruction and additionally you will conduct individual customer KYC review as the 1st line defense, escalating any concerning findings to respective stakeholders and obtaining clearance. You will monitor progress and due date for KYC review to complete the task in a timely manner and liaise with Compliance, Operation Department to resolve issues identified. You will also communicate with key stakeholders to identify and drive process improvements, procedural improvements and efficiencies as well as attend adhoc requests from Compliance and management in regards to individual customer related. You will attend the task with Head Office procedure in regards to deceased account closure and monitoring on the customers subject to Financial Instruments and Exchange Law when necessary

skills and experience required
Must be native Japanese in order to speak with Japanese-related entities who can only speak Japanese. Must also have at least 1 year Customer Service experience.
