about the job

Sitting within the Customer Service Team, you will be performing reconciliation of customer’s account receivables and payments and assisting customers in escalating and resolving disputes on billings. You will also be responding and following up on customer’s queries related to customer’s account and making sure you do so in a timely manner. You will be required to make calls to customers to follow up on payments and it will also be your responsibility to maintain and update data related to customer’s account and Account Receivables.

skills and experience required

Fluent in Japanese (at least JLPT 2) in order to liaise with Japanese customer who only speak Japanese

Customer service experience is preffered

Confident individial with good communication skills
