An international electronic manufacturer is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join their Singapore business.

about the job

As the Customer Service Representative , you will be supporting the ASEAN office and you will mainly be responsible for the following:

  • Liaising closely with sales team in ASEAN and providing customer service to customers via incoming calls, emails and live chats
  • Handling customers’ inquiries and complaints
  • Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers

As you will be supporting the ASEAN office, the working hours for this role is from 830am – 515pm.

about the manager / team

You will be a part of the Customer Service team where you will report directly into the Customer Service Manager in Singapore to ensure that the operations are smooth and efficient.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with at least 3 years of customer service experience. You should be an extremely service oriented individual whose passionate about providing customers with an excellent customer experience. In addition, you should be familiar with CRM system.

In return this role will offer a salary up to S$3500 or commensurate with experience and qualifications. Be ready for a rewarding work experience!
