This role involves managing customer inquiries, orders, and returns, as well as coordinating with various departments to ensure timely deliveries and optimal inventory levels. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles.

- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that all customer needs are met, and issues resolved.
- Process customer inquiries, orders, returns, and exchanges, maintaining accurate records and communicating updates to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products, addressing any delays or discrepancies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of departmental strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on customer service and supply chain performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in customer service and supply chain management.
- Support the Customer Service and Supply Chain Manager in the development of policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary to support the overall success of the team.
