An medical device client is looking for customer service specialist to create a great customer experiences to their new and existing clients.

As part of the customer service team, you’ll help assist the Commercial Operation Manager to deliver high level client service, Liaise with general and key Customer service personnel with the following responsibility :
Provide prompt and effective responses to CSSG and phone requests from external and internal customers on service, warranty enquiries, order, and supply issues
- Receive, process, and deliver all orders for their products in timely manner and adherence to set guidelines, collaborating seamlessly with 3rd party delivery agents (for SG), distributor partners, CCs, KL shared services teams and Sydney warehouse
- Process Return Material Authorisation (RMA)
- Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Manage a healthy inventory in Singapore warehouse to meet demand, and effective use of system to maintain physical match
- Resolve recipient registration and service plans issues
- Search for and provide information from the customer database and business software as requested
- Process end to end warranty replacement and premium exchange requests
- Manage Oracle system entries and physical shipment of warranty and exchange requests
- Update Portal and keep the professionals and recipients updated
- Open accounts in Salesforce and Oracle by recording account information
- Maintain up-to-date accounts records with regular reviews
- Provide Customer Service to walk-in customers to CCC. These include reception,appointment scheduling, invoice, payment and collection for parts and upgrades, PE exchange, basic trouble shooting and product trials
- Record promptly all transactions in Salesforce and other company database
- Improve recipient engagement and sign-ups for program
Skills and requirement
- Must be presentable for customer-facing activities
- Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage project independently
- Successful working in a team or working independently as self-starter who uses initiative and is willing to assist with problem solving, flexible & patient, pro-active & motivated
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
- 5+ years’ experience in Customer Service industry, preferably within the medical devices industry
- Demonstrated ability and track record in learning new marketing or industry segments and delivering business results
- Has the ability to establish new processes and procedures to manage general business processes
