about the job

You will head up a team of call centre agents in Singapore for an Australian client. In this role you will be expected to take the helm as team leader, coach and quality champion. This include managing the roster of Singapore-based front-line service agents, be always driven by the ultimate objective of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction results, and drive individual agent and team performance with focus on coaching.

about the manager / team

You will report to the Customer Service Manager who has been with the company for a long time and is well-known to be a great mentor and leader. You will also assist to lead the team with 2 Senior Customer Executives and more than 10 Customer Service Agents.

skills & requirement for the job

You must be tertiary-educated with minimum 3 years’ experience leading a team in a call centre environment. In addition, the ideal incumbent should also possess project or process management experience with excellent English communication. This role is well-suited for somebody who is enthusiastic, resilient, adaptable and keen to work in a fast-paced team environment. You should also be self-motivated and be able to work unsupervised, and come with a fun outlook, positive attitude and can-do mindset.
