about the job

  • Carry out on-site or remote support activities and close service calls
  • Carry out quality installation, Preventive Maintenance (PM) according to schedule
  • Participate and manage the new product release process as required
  • Initiate, identify and participate in internal processes re-engineering projects
  • Make timely reporting of issues and problems

skills & experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechatronics / Electromechanical / Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical
  • Min 4 years of experience in servicing PCB / PCBA / SMT / capital equipment
  • Prior experience in Automated Vacuum Systems will be a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Customer-oriented mentality and excellent client servicing skills
  • Excellent trouble shooting / installation skill
