About the Job

In this position as a Customer Service Support, you will be tasked to support the Motor Insurance Customer Service Team and ensure validation of all new and renewal of policies. The ideal incumbent must ensure all quotations are validated and keyed accurately, ensure all post-sales customers are attended and provide quality service.

You will be expected to conduct outbound calls to new and existing customers to validate on information and liaise on policy issurance/payment collection.

  • Location: CBD
  • Permanent position
  • No KPIs, no cold-calling, no sales required

skills and experience required

  • 1+ years of handling Customer Service Support or Sales Supported related experience in Insurance sector
  • Strong understanding in motor insurance
  • Certified with BCP and PGI certification
  • Strong follow up skills and highly independent individual
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
