about the job

You will ensure that customers are highly regarded and receive exceptional service throughout the flow of order processing, including readying loads for shipment and managing the inbound and outbound warehouse traffic. You will also address problems with order flow or shipping delays and quality control issues, such as damaged or improperly packed goods, as well as day-to-day concerns with warehouse capacity and client deadlines. May include face-to-face, phone or email interactions with customers. You will manage procedures, establish standards, and administer activities to assure accurate order entry, efficient shipment tracking, and timely delivery of products to customers. You will deal with and resolve any customer complaints and manage receipt of orders and their release to warehouse or directly to client and monitor customer service performance standards. On top of this you will maintain order management plans for key customers and enroll promotional campaigns, return goods, and service programs . You will also manage processes to identify customer problems and resolve them expeditiously and efficiently as well as rectify problems such as damages, shortages and nonconformance to specifications in collaboration with logistic team.

skills and experience required
Ideall you will have experience working in a similar role within the Oil/chemicals manufacturing industry.
