As the Customer Success Engineer, your role involves:
- Providing technical assistance (remotely and onsite) for customers such as major network maintenance, assisting in escalations, responding to web requests etc.
- Performing on-site or TAC-Remote network audit for customers; Acting as Technical Account Manager for strategic customers.
- Handling tickets and resolving customer technical difficulties within stipulated Service Level Agreement.
- Executing system upgrades, configuration changes as well as delivering training to customers.
skills and experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in VSAT/Satellite Communications industry
- Experience in IP routing, IP based network
- CCNA certification or equivalent is highly advantageous
