about the company

Our client is a highly dynamic B2B listed technology company, has a strong market presence of its products and currently have over 5,000 clients across the region. As part of their expansion plan, they are looking to onboard a Customer Success Executive to join their SEA commercial team.

about the job

Reporting to the Customer Success Manager and as a trusted partner for your clients, You will be responsible for the client onboarding and product adoption experience for the region, with the end goal of client retention and identify growth and cross-selling opportunities. Key responsibilities will include providing critical recommendations to your clients to achieve their objectives; driving product promotion when new products/solutions are released and cultivate deeply rooted relationships with your clients. You will also come up and optimise key business processes and best practices to educate the commercial teams to serve the customers better.

skills & experience required

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience of customer experience/customer success management in a B2B setup
  • Demonstrated a track record of developing and maintaining strong business relationships
  • Good understanding and interest within the B2B tech industry will be a preferred
