As a Customer success manager, you will be required to:

- Maintain strong business relations with existing clients to ensure renewal of revenue for the business

- Manage daily adhoc operational aspects of the business in terms of administration

-Be organised with tracking the reports and systems of their clientale base

-Ensure full retention of client and attend to any dissatisfaction on current services

- This role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director

-The core team encompasses regionally recognised leaders in the telecommunications, data center and system integrators industry
