About the company

Our client is Tech European start up founded in 2016 with operations already in 5 countries. They are now expanding their business and setting up an office here in Singapore and are looking for their first hire in Asia to be a Customer Success Manager.

About the job

This is a newly created role reporting to the Head of Customer Success that is based in Europe. The goal of this job is to be the main point of contact for the companies they are already working with in Asia (mainly based in China, HongKong and Singapore), and to also keep the engagement of their platform, answering queries, upsell and renewing their software licenses. They have an extraordinary working culture and it's a purpose driven organisation.

Skills & experience required

  • You have at least 2 - 4 years of experience in b2b sales
  • You need to have good communication skills
