Our client is a global technology business in the data centre industry. They are expanding in Asia Pacific.They are a company well known for product excellence and services globally. Due to their recent business plans and expansion in Asia Pacific they are looking for a high Customer Success Manager its APAC HQ office in Singapore.


about the job
Reporting to the Regional Head Of Customer Success.

You will be responsible for the client on-boarding and product adoption experience for the region, with the end goal of client retention and identify growth and cross-selling opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include providing critical recommendations to your clients to achieve their objectives; driving product promotion when new products/solutions are released and cultivating deeply rooted relationships with your clients.

You will be task to come up and optimise key business processes and best practices to educate the commercial teams to serve the customers better.


skills and experience required

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience of customer experience/customer success management in a B2B setup
  • Demonstrated a track record of developing and maintaining strong business relationships
  • Prior experience in data centre organisation will be preferred
