Our client is a leading manufacturer of 3D printers and additive solutions for dental applications in Singapore. As a result of ongoing and continued successes, they are recruiting a Customer Support Engineer to lead the business in its next phase of growth.

about the job

As the Customer Support Engineer (3D Printing / Training Provided), you will be responsible to:

  • Support, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in Mechanical equipment
  • Work with internal teams i.e. Hardware / Software for any unresolved technicalities
  • Perform root cause analysis & provide timely feedback / solutions to customers
  • Ensure all technical issues are properly logged and document them as per required

skills and experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 1 year working experience in servicing & troubleshooting of Mechanical equipment
  • Good understanding of technical & basic knowledge of at least 1 Programming software
  • Candidates with knowledge or experience in the 3D Printing industry will be a plus
  • Training will be provided for candidates with no experience
