about the job

As a Customer Support Manager (healthcare), your key tasks involve:

  • Overall management on operations of the customer care department – leading a team of CS staff in executing efficient and effective service performance
  • Implement business plans involving budgeting, forecasting, resource and training plans according to defined annual goals
  • Key contact in maintaining organization methods, performance standards, procedures, facilities and equipment
  • Guide and support with all product and services by reviewing system performance ensuring improvement and minimizing breakdowns
  • Foster good relationship with suppliers, customers, distributors and manufacturing who are working closely in & outside of the organization

skills & experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or higher qualification or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of management/leadership role, preferably in healthcare logistics and supply chain industry
  • Comfortable in liaising with people of different levels, including senior management
