As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of customers' orders and requests, including responding promptly to inquiries, preparing and submitting quotations and documents, updating customers on order status and shipment schedules, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with internal teams to manage customers' issues and solution implementation. The successful candidate must be customer-centric, meticulous, hardworking, and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.

This role would require you to work 100% from the office and reports directly into the corporate service manager
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate for this position is a degree or diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with more years of relevant working experience will be considered for a senior position with higher remuneration. Strong command of spoken and written English is required to establish effectively working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, be able to work well in a team, and work independently and proactively. This role requires working under tight schedules, handling a high volume of requests, and being able to remain composed and positive under difficult situations.
