about the company
Our client is one of the world's leading FinTech company.

Due to rapid expansion plans, they are looking to form a team of Customer Technical Support Analysts to spearhead this major project.

  • Associate - up to 56,000 + VB
  • Specialist - up to 60,000 + VB
  • Senior Specialist - up to 70,000 + VB

about the job

  • Provides service support for businesses (B2B) and enterprises (B2E) that have product and service agreements with the client
  • Responsible for overall satisfaction and retention of these business customers through knowledge of their core business and products
  • Builds long-term customer relationships and ensures timely response and resolution of issues
  • Serves as a technical resource to assist with the resolution of customer inquiries; collaborating with more senior resources to ensure complete and prompt response
  • Supports testing as well as process improvements efforts with the voice of the customer in mind
  • Reviews customer issue logs and assists with resolution development, escalating issues that require more advanced knowledge

This is a permanent position with multiple headcounts.

skills and experience required

  • Willingness to work on rotating shift in a 24/7 environment
  • Hands on experience with relational database management systems (SQL) for complex research, desirable to have experience with analytics/ business intelligence/data visualization tools.
  • Experience assisting troubleshooting efforts to develop a high quality customer resolution
  • Experience in banking/financial institutions industry
