Our client is end-user who is a market leader (more than 50 years of experience and at last 500 million dollars in revenue) within their area of specialization. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new Cyber Security Manager/ Senior Manager to be based here in their Asia Headquarters.


About the job

Reporting directly to the CISO based out of Singapore, your responsibility includes:

• Managing the SOC / Incident management team, ensuring incident Responses towards IT security threats are well managed. Ensuring timely detection, triage and recovery of IT security threats
• Driving the on-going improvement of security monitoring and incident response processes are in place. This is to ensure that identification, investigation, response, and rectification of security breach events are well managed.
• Identify incidents for escalations to the Security Incident and Investigations Manager for complex cases and security incidents
• Enhancing early detection capability - Driving lessons learned activities after incidence closure to identify potential gaps in security control

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, You should have at least 8 years of experience in Cyber Security / Incidence response, SOC. SIEM / Splunk experience is required for this role. At least 3 years of managing a team is required.

Candidates with regional exposure will be of added advantage.
