They are currently expanding and you would now have the opportunity to join this exciting company as the Head of Cybersecurity.


about the job

The Team Lead will manage the day to day security operations; mentoring the analysts and continuously improving operations. The team lead will be in charge of a team of highly skilled security professionals and be able to collaborate with multi-functional teams within and outside of the Company. He/she builds and maintains senior-level partnerships and provides advice to senior management.

  • Experience in managing a team of specialists
  • Operational tasks inclusive of, but not limited to, mentoring analysts, skills analysis and planning, stakeholder management and reporting, audit responses.
  • Hands on incident response experience – inclusive of investigation, containment, eradication, root cause analysis, lessons learned
  • Robust and proven incident/threat coordination experience – managing, leading and organization of global threats or incidents across different teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to form and develop strategic plans
  • Able to communicate with high profile security stakeholders globally about cyber threats and operations



skills and experience required

  • Proven incident management and coordination skills and experience – leading, directing and organisation across different teams and countries in response to major threats.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the field of IT security, incident response, threat intelligence and forensic investigations.
  • Experience working in an incident response, security operations, CERT environment and managing potential advanced persistent threat (APT) attacks.
  • Ability to apply threat information to the corporate context
  • Knowledge of current cyber security and information security practices, principles, tools and techniques
  • Experience and knowledge in evidence seizure, computer forensic analysis and data recovery.
  • Experience with or exposure to regulatory and industry compliance frameworks and audits
