• Providing initial support for BI/POS/CRM data inquiries across APAC while serving as a primary contact point.

• Taking a leading role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within Front Office systems such as POS, CRM, eCommerce, and Digital Tools.

• Developing and implementing standards and protocols for data quality, proactively monitoring and addressing issues.

• Collaborating with IT and other teams to design and implement data integration processes between Front Office systems, ensuring smooth data flow.

• Conducting data analysis to extract insights, identify trends, and provide recommendations for optimizing customer experience and business operations.

• Creating and managing data reports, dashboards, and visualizations to offer stakeholders relevant and timely information.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Collaborating with external vendors and data providers to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Providing training and support to front-office staff regarding data entry, maintenance, and best practices in utilization.

Skills and experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 4 years of working experience in a Data Analyst role, with good hands-on experience in SQL for data query/scripts coupled with a good experience in Microsoft Power BI.

You should also have a good understanding on working with Data on Cloud such as Google Cloud / AWS or Azure.
