Our client is a global leader in real estate services. Working closely with a world renowned technology company, they’re looking out for a capable Data Analytics Lead, to lead a team of expert data analysts, to provide top notch service to this top client.

about the role

  • Ensure that the team meets the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business objectives.
  • Guiding the team in creating a consistent and accurate process for cleaning raw data and preparing it for use.
  • Build and develop your team members’ skills and capabilities in data analytics
  • Your role centres around problem solving and delivering the highest standards of leadership to enable your team to address the challenges with the management of data.
  • Through data tools, patterns and trends that may otherwise go unnoticed in text-based data can be exposed and recognised easily—thereby helping people gain insights most effectively.

skills & experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, statistics, mathematics or related discipline
  • and at least three years’ experience in problem solving, team leadership and data analysis.
  • An ability to evaluate qualitative and quantitative data—and translate it into strategic deliverables—is essential. You’ll be skilled in using Microsoft Excel or Google spreadsheets for report generation and data manipulation, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to present findings and analyses.
  • Background in data quality control, governance and normalisation, as well as Structured Query Language (SQL) and database design concepts.
  • Experience with financial analysis, ETL (extract, transform, and load) platforms and workflow designs will be helpful.
  • An understanding of real estate fundamentals will also go a long way.
  • Strong leadership skills and business acumen. Excellent communication skills
  • Effective in team and client relationships.
