Our client is a leading logistics and supply chain end user company. With massive expansion plan in Asia, they are looking to recruit a Big Data Solution Architect (Hadoop, Hive, Informatica) to join their team.

About the job

You will be responsible for:

• Designing technical architecture, roadmaps and design of big data solution for clients. This includes systems integration, processes and governance to operationalize the big data platform.
• Establishing data management processes and enforcing standards, processes, frameworks, tools and best practices
• Implementing Data Management framework (data quality, data governance and data security) and Data governance Framework (Policies, Standards and Roles). This includes driving Data governance initiative over the design and implementation of data analytics projects
• Creating and maintaining optimal data pipeline architecture. This includes assembling large, complex data sets to be ready for data analytics to support analytics initiatives

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of experience in Data Analytics. Hands on experience with SQL is a must for this role.

Candidate with the proven track record in defining and articulating the enterprise data strategy and translating it into viable implementable steps to senior stakeholders will be highly preferred
