My client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is hiring a permanent position of Data Management Lead / Data Governance Lead as an integral position in the Data Analytics team, which is going through Digital Transformation.

Reporting to the Head of Data Analytics, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing data governance & data management activities across all teams
• Managing 4-5 team members
• Data analysis and issue resolution for queries raised by Business Managers, internal and external stakeholders
• Manage Data Quality rules, measures and identify gaps and implement a remediation plan
• Be the key point of contact between business stakeholders and technology
• Be one of the main influence in implementing data strategy of the organisation.
• Play a important role in driving data partnerships as an integral part of the overall data analytics strategy in the digital transformation
• Building data competency across different teams through a structured learning and training programmes.
• Collaborating with members from analytics teams to help manage delivery of analytics projects.

As a successful candidate, you will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in data analytics domain, managing projects across different aspects of the business
• At least 8 years of experience in Data management, governance, stewardship, quality, with large-scale data or project management and oversight experience.
• Strong exposure to the domain of data analytics in business empowerment
• Candidates with Financial Services industry background or experience in projects within the Financial Services domain will have added advantage.
