Our client is the global MNC that is developing a data-centre in Singapore to support their business expansion into the Cloud. With a project at design stage, we are seeking a Commercial Manager to manage primarily the cashflow for the project while still overseeing the commercial side of the project. Interacting with your internal stakeholders and converting construction progress to monthly reports, you will take ownership of all aspects of the cost and contracts for the project. Data centre development experience is a must thus we are seeking Quantity Surveyors with experience having worked on similar projects.

skills and experience required

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience having delivered data centre projects in Singapore
• Knowledge of M&E systems as a QS in will be an added advantage
• Clear communication skills and strong team work
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Building or related fields will be considered for this role.
