about the job

Reporting to the Head of Job ReDesign Centre of Expertise, you will be assisting to set and operationalise a new assessment centre

• Support the Head of Job ReDesign Centre of Expertise to establish certain frameworks to enable the operationalisation of the new centre
• Manage Job Redesign (JR) work streams, to assist organizations to redesign jobs
• Assist to support the new centre’s operations
• Evaluate internal processes and work streams thoroughly, to better support companies’ business transformation efforts
• Analyze key perspectives and translating these emerging perspectives into factual and constructive insights
• Establish strong networks with industry partners and sectoral agencies & trade associations to implement sector-relevant Job ReDesign programmes (E.g Capability development workshops to promote and enhance awareness and adoption of JR interventions)
• Engage relevant industry partners to curate innovative enterprise interventions and solutions (E.g Sector-Relevant JR programmes)
• Develop new and creative learning and training content to enhance JR and JE capabilities of various enterprises
• Engage and organize a range of impactful outreach activities (e.g. focus group discussions, etc) to increase awareness and enterprise adoption of relevant resources
• Other duties assigned

Reporting to the Head of Job ReDesign Centre of Expertise, you will be assisting to set and operationalise a new assessment centre, in order to reequip organizations with job redesign capabilities to spur further business transformation efforts

skills and experience required

To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business/ Human Resources or within areas of discipline, with at least 8 years of equivalent experience in a relevant field, of which 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role. Prior experience of engaging in Organization Design and Job Redesign projects would be mandatorily favorable.
