- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Business development
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Set policies,processes and procedure for the business
- Identify training development needs as a whole for the business
- Improving company financial performance
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee turnover, business loss to competitor)
- Provide performance report to board
skills and experience required
- Master / Degree in Engineering or relevant qualification
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in precision machining / heavy machinery / heavy equipment manufacturing environment
- Business development and generating sales for the business
- Well verse in formulating profitable strategies and managing budgets
- Hands on in strategic planning, strategy execution, business development and sales in precision manufacturing
- Possess in-depth knowledge of metal cutting & machine tool business in manufacturing environment
- Willing to work in west area of Singapore (Clementi / Boon Lay / Pioneer / Joo Koon)
