Our client is a market leader within the Global Industrial space. They have a well-established presence of more than 20 years with more than 5000 employees across 20 countries. With rapid expansion plans, they are now looking for a Digital and Data Analytics (OT / Automation) Manager to be a part of their team.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Digital and Data Analytics Manager, your responsibilities involve:

Driving the identification of the need for digital solutions by Implementing and embedding new digital solution releases.
Steering the implementation of improvement programs in the BU for all digital solutions or other change programs.
Managing the Digital & Analytics team this includes, coaching and development.
Managing the digitization budget, including OT components for the BU.
Maintaining and supporting all OT systems while being responsible for the BU Operational automation solutions (SCADA, DCS, gate control systems, etc.).
Leading end to end projects in the development of life cycle management systems and/or upgrades of automation/process control projects, including project planning activities, development of technical designs, and functional specifications.
Organizing, securing, and embedding OT Security compliance for vital infrastructure.
Managing the implementation of OT standards and policies (OT security, alarm management, TA blueprint, TA Toolkit).
Creating value by reducing costs and/or improving top-line performance through data analytics.
Working closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
Supporting the implementation of data-driven projects across different infrastructure setups.

Skills and Experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a Digital / Data Analytics role within the industrial automation industry.

You should have a good understanding of Industrial automation standards such as ISA 88 and ISA 95 coupled with a track record of driving data driven solutions to enable digital solutions for the business.

In addition, you should also have a good understanding of working and processing of data for OT systems such as SCADA / DCS.
