Our client is in the business of high quality lifestyle products, with offices in Singapore and Australia, and expansion plans to China and Korea.

They are currently hiring for a Digital manager to be build their overall digital strategy.

about the job

  • Define & build the digital strategy, and measuring the impact via digital analytics
  • Manage all paid-for activity and budget across all digital platforms (Facebook, google, Instagram and other social platforms like LinkedIn)
  • Monitor performance of the site against acquisition sales targets identifying areas for improvement and provide recommendations to our web UX designers,
  • Work closely with the creative content producers to ensure content is optimized before it is published. Identify content gaps, competition campaign and provide content producers and editorial teams with recommendations for implementation based on driving maximum traffic and engagement
  • Management of all PPC campaigns to drive optimal revenue across our E-commerce portfolio
  • Ongoing optimization of all transactional landing pages based on an ongoing testing program
  • Build online engagement and exposure strategy
  • Analyse keywords, web traffic, and market digital trends in our sectors, monitor competition and their digital best practice
  • Track, measure and analyse user engagement and conversions
  • Increase organic traffic
  • Perform SEO research and identifying effective content and keywords
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on your digital marketing strategy

skills & experience required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing , SEO , CRM, Facebook buying ad, influencer strategy, and Social Media management
  • Data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills and experience in tracking relevant metrics
  • Exceptional analytical skills and demonstrate fluency in the acquisition of metrics, being able to evaluate and orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels and testing different visuals.
  • Proficient in optimizing and executing SEM, PPC as well as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Display Advertising.
  • Capable of determining key metrics, constantly reduce operational costs and measure the success of performance strategies.
  • Being able to use consumer insights and human psychology to come up with and develop creative marketing acquisition tactics.
  • Strong Experience with Facebook and Google Analytics
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Critical thinker, agile, reactive and problem-solving skills
