Job description

  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager based in Singapore, you will get to be responsible to formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Responsible to manage the firm’s social channels - social media marketing and advertising and working closely with social media agency.
  • Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Development of brand awareness and online reputation
  • Oversee design (e.g. profile, landing pages, etc.) to be in line with the brands’ direction
  • Cultivation of leads and sales
  • Engage with customers with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers
  • Be an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Measure and analyze performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), e.g. audience growth, content reach, audience engagement, sales, etc.
  • Compile and present reports showing ROI results
  • Develop and work with social media agency and public relations agency on content creation and development.
  • Content management such as:
    • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
    • Create a regular publishing schedule
    • Posts’ captions copywriting
    • Manage product photoshoots
    • Administrate the publishing of relevant, high-quality content
    • Promote content through social advertising
  • Launch optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness.
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Monitor trends in online marketing tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
  • Responsible for all aspects of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management for all campaigns and events
  • Support E-market place campaigns and ads strategy

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing or marketing related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience leading and managing social media and copywriting, online marketing or branding.
  • Discipline in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results is a strong requirement - experience coming from retail / consumer lifestyle brands
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and search engine optimization.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills and customer relationship skills
